Thanks to a little help from the wonderful team at Wild Life (check em out!), I was tipped off to a different way of doing jizz effects I hadn't thought of before.  I did some tests, and the initial result is super promising.(It obviously needs a lot of refinement)



Unreal engine has a built in component called a cable component, and it acts like a rope would.  By using small segments of these components, with a little bit of force applied, and you've got a semi convincing stream of man juices.  

You'd want some regular particle effects included for some drips and sprays, and need to time the streams correctly, but its a pretty good effect.  

In the second image I have a decal spawn when the component hits an object.  This works fine for static surfaces(I'd probably want to have it spawn one of a few different splt patterns randomly), but it doesn't work so hot on skeletal meshes, so I'm investigating some alternate solutions for that.   There is a wonderful add on that seems to be perfect, but I do want to investigate some stuff on my own before I shell out for it( Tax Season :(  )


The solution I'm investigating for jizz on characters would also work to allow things like blown off limbs and bullet wounds and such, so that's useful either way.


I know this isn't the be all end all, but I think its a rally nice fit for a piece of the puzzle I've been scratching my head on.
