January 6th Weekly Update (Patreon)

Happy New Year!

I had a wonderful holiday, and I hope everyone else did as well.   

I was excited to get back to work, but got a little sick over the past week.  I'm mostly over it at the moment, so I'll be getting back to things this week.

However, even though I wasn't feeling well, I did take time this week to put together my plan for the new year.

While I don't want to give everything away, its a rather lengthy document, and I've got most of it fairly broken down to the tasks to complete each goal.

One of my early goals was to get the town put together and NPCs in place.  This will end up being pushed back just slightly as my tablet has to be sent out for repair.  The screen is starting to bulge, and this is usually a sign the battery is going. I want to get that taken care of ASAP.  Luckily, Wacom has agreed to do the repair despite me being a few days out of warranty.

I am going to play a bit in medium, and see if I can at least build some base models there.  In the meantime, there is plenty of animation and modelling work I have to do, so I have plenty to keep my busy even without the tablet.

I do also plan to stream regularly this year, and plan on spending several days a week just animating or modelling on stream.  I will be streaming on picarto, and while it will usually be during the day eastern standard time, I'll try to stream later as well as I'm sure that doesn't work well for everyone.

Now much more to say at this time, I'm going to try to set up a streaming schedule, so I'll tell you more about that once I've set it up!
