Public Build Updated (Patreon)

Alright, guys. Since it's been 14 days since the release of build 0.12, I had to update the public build. Now, in a move that might get a few patrons upset at me, I decided to go and update the public build directly to 0.13 (the latest) for two reasons:

1 - Since there was no update for an entire month, it's not really good for me to leave the public version un-updated for too long. Since it can be a gateway for future supporters, leaving it without updating for two months just gives an idea of... laziness and abandonment. Which, sure, my patrons know why it took so long to get stuff done, but to an outside observer, that image doesn't really get across.

2 - There were quite a few bugs on the 0.12 version that got reported and fixed. While there are hotfixes that can be applied to it, I can't actually upload a bugfixed version of 0.12 unless I go back and remove all calls to the most recent update's stuff (and remove all of it from the game to avoid datamining), so it's just easier and makes more sense to release the most updated version.

Therefore, version 0.13 is actually going public about 8 days before the usual date (remembering that since I also released the patron demo one day earlier, it'd be released for the public on the 13th instead of the 14th).
