If it were a cheesy 80's cartoon, I'd say it's about a modern teenager that gets time traveled to the stone age. While there in the past, the atmosphere begins to effect her biology, turning her into The Incredible Cavegirl! She'll battle cavemen, dinosaurs, prehistoric beasts, aliens and the villain that sent her to the past, so she can return home.

This is pretty close to the idea, except she's not a teen and isn't stuck there. She gets home and discovers she can move between worlds, although she cannot stay her normal self for long on Cavegirls World.
