10/08/18: More progress, stuff for you to try out! (Patreon)

Work continues well for the new engine and new version, I think I mentioned beforehand that while Byful does the new engine and gets the gameplay smooth, I've been updating the old animations to add as much as I can to them before we're ready for a proper release; the Dog is already done, and the Rat is well underway ^^

Hopefully that'll go some way to excusing the awfully long time you've all had to wait for some progress, I am truly sorry about that; I won't go on about it, progress is still going at a steady pace, but at the end of the day if we're gonna streamline this thing it should probably be earlier than later right? I dunno, what ever stops me worrying xD

Anyway, to the main event; Byful has cooked up some progress reports in the form of some test builds, and we'd both like to share them with you with the hopes you enjoy:

The demos are just to test the engine out, so don't expect the 0.05 level structure or anything, but it'll give you a look at the new and improved engine and let you have a 'fight' with the dog too ;) Byful's been going above and beyond putting some awesome improvements in already, and I'm confident you'll all enjoy giving it a go!
