Hey everyone!

As you know, I'm a big "health is wealth" believer. But even with fantastic markets, taking care of ourselves is key. We need to stay well to enjoy the fruits!

This is a pretty cool conversation or extracted a couple of nuggets for you all. Shout out to Sanjay for bringing it to my attention. I may have missed all the top nuggets but I got some of them.

PS I also fail on some of the top 10!

  1. Sun Protection: Daily use of sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) is crucial to prevent sun damage, which contributes to wrinkles and age spots.
  2. Healthy Diet: Focus on a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. These provide essential nutrients for overall health and may reduce inflammation.
  3. Hydration: Drinking plenty of water keeps your skin plump and hydrated, promoting a youthful appearance.
  4. Don't Smoke: Smoking accelerates aging throughout the body. Quitting smoking is one of the best things you can do for your health.
  5. Manage Stress: Chronic stress can damage your skin and contribute to other health problems. Find healthy ways to manage stress, such as exercise, meditation, or yoga.
  6. Quality Sleep: Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep each night. Sleep allows your body to repair and rejuvenate itself.
  7. Exercise Regularly: Regular physical activity improves overall health, strengthens muscles, and may even boost brain function.
  8. Skincare Routine: A gentle skincare routine that cleanses and moisturizes your skin can help keep it healthy and youthful-looking.
  9. Limit Alcohol: Excessive alcohol consumption can dehydrate the skin and contribute to other health problems.
  10. Mind Your Posture: Good posture can make you look and feel younger. Stand tall, keep your shoulders back, and avoid slouching.
