I like how this episode changes things around by not letting us know what the change that caused all the differences was until later.

Remember, when Odin sent Thor to Earth, he was mortal. So, yeah, an arrow could kill him.

This episode had some solid plot going on which was great. I am enjoying these they are fun. I wonder if this universe will actually be referenced in any upcoming multiverse stuff, that would be very cool. The shield at the end there wasn't Captain Carter's as hers was Union Jack themed whilst that seemed the classic American themed one, so maybe we do get Steve Rogers Captain back again, will have to see.

What if is canon, just part of the multiverse.

Just wanna clear up your confusion Each episode is a different universe in the multiverse. so peggy becoming cap is that universe, the one from this episode was similar to ours where steve was still cap etc.

I find this series just a lot of fun. Like it's nothing too serious, just a bit of fun exploring characters and crazy scenarios. And I absolutely adore the art style, the colours are fucking goooorgeous

The events of The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2 and Thor all take place within the space of a week. There's a tie-in comic titled Fury's Big Week focused on his point of view of those events. This episode is an alternate version of that week.

Thor was just like a normal human when his father took his powers away and banished him, anything could have killed him

Kevin

All of these episodes take place on different realities Seb, none of them share the same universe.

It's not super obvious, but the very first change in this universe was that Hank Pym's wife, Janet Van Dyne, was a SHIELD Agent. She died in the line of duty. And so Hank's daughter, Hope, also became a SHIELD Agent, and died in the line of duty. This lead to Hank going crazy, becoming Yellow Jacket, and killing off the Avengers in order to hurt Fury and SHIELD. Like others have said, every episode is A DIFFERENT UNIVERSE. They're not connected at all. That was Captain America Steve Rogers in the ice at the end there. Also, I'm positive I already know one question you'll have next episode haha

Connor Ellis

Thor was mortal at that point, so yeah an arrow would kill Thor.
