"August is coming to an end now,  very soon the season of summer will shift into Autumn as the constellations in the sky show this. Autumn begins the season of colder temperature and longer nights. Although these are my personal favorite times of the season, I do know that some people are prone a little to being depressed around these times. 

I want you to know no matter what, that it will be alright, It's going to be alright. You may be going through some hard times right now, maybe with friends, family or your job.. Or yourself as well. I just want you to know you aren’t alone in this and there are many, many people out  there very much like yourself.. Going through a little rough slope in their life. And I want you to know.. And I want them to know as well. You are going to be okay, you will overcome this. And you will rise stronger then before, I ensure you. Let my words guide you there okay? Believe in yourself, even if it’s a little hard to do. 

I want you to try, everyday just try a little. I promise you it will add up in due time. Believe in yourself the way I believe in you.
