HI everyone!! 😊 Please ignore that this is posted on April 1st (April fools day)
This IS a genuine post.

I want to let you all know that until the first playable version of HalloweEnGIRL or Maki Oze is out, I'm going to start sharing more Work In Progress posts with everyone from every tier.
This means that before the playable release of HalloweEnGIRL or Maki Oze comes out I feel it's only fair that everyone gets to know where we are in progress. 

I really appreciate the support you all give so I just want to show you all that I have been working hard.
I used to release smaller games / shorter animations before, so playable releases where posted more often that way. However with the many animations and options for HalloweEnGIRLv2 it's just taking longer to release something playable.

I believe it's only fair that I provide the same amount of involvement as the work progresses.

HalloweEnGIRLv2

-Audio is in the works, I will be animating her facial reactions after the audio is finished
-sex animations, Ive completed 2 kinds this time, "deep hump" & "deep grind"
-I've completed the first orgasm animation and breather loop, it's an internal orgasm with 6 ejaculation/ shots.
-the other orgasm animations, fem orgasm and external, also the pullout animation, will be added after the first release.  
-I've added bumps onto the tentacle penis enhancer
-tentacle clit licker and clit sucker animations also work in these new animations
-this animation took a lot longer than the last because the pussy lips had to be animated per frame to match the 'tentacle penis enhancer'
-I finished animating Medium sized boobs & Small sized boobs, for "deep hump" & "deep grind" & "Internal Orgasm"
-I will be working on Large sized boobs and the tentacle nipple teaser animations next

I decided to make the "tentacle penis enhancer" wet and shiny 

I gave her a 2nd face for when I add in the "blowjob" & "all the way through" options.
note: Those options won't come out in the first release but I will be working on them right after :)

note: The first playable release will be an internal orgasm animation, I will add the pull out option and female orgasm right after first playable release.

-I didn't like the first splash animation so I made a nicer looking one
-I finished the 6 "squirt out" / "overflow" cum animations for the internal orgasm

here I'm just sharing the length of the vaginal sex animation
I'll be working on the anal animation soon

I have had to work on a lot of script to make all the animations fit together. Scripting buttons can be both rewarding and frustrating haha, but no worries, overall functionality is coming along well.

Futanari Options are coming along well, too. Both Full package and Trap options work, and I'll be adding in her cumming on herself when I work on the female orgasm animation, after the first playable release.

Make Oze

I didn't like this first build that newguy2 made so I sent him notes and a reference of the original design

His tweeks were ok, but I really wanted the same height and size as the original build so...

I adjusted it some more and sent it back for animation

with this build Newguy2 has finished animating a nice bounce sex loop, a faster deeper sex loop and is currently finishing a deep forward and backward grind.
-we will have to redraw her mouths for this upright pose, because they are still the same mouths for the close up handjob loop and should be reshaped/redrawn at a more appropriate angle and line style.
-we will be making the orgasm animation next and then add a full package futa option,
-then make an anal animation for the same poses and then add a  trap futa option.
The orgasm for Maki Oze will be an internal one first, then we will add the option for a fem orgasm, then a pull out option.

I have also screen recorded Maki Oze's animations so far. We have,
-Hand Job starting loop (this is where she asks you what you want)
-Cowgirl Lean forward x1, x2
-Cowgirl Lean back x1, x2, x3
-functioning speaking mouth
-functioning facial reaction animations (eyebrows, eyes)

Thank you!! It's incredible to be able to work on these projects, and I have all of you to thank. I'm sorry HalloweEnGIRL has so many animations and options to complete, I just have to get out something playable first and then I'll be adding in all the options and additions with quicker turnarounds.
I do enjoy what I do very much and I am excited to get every option and animation added. It is fun and challenging for me and I do feel your encouragement. I do hope you all have a great month, also side note, 😁 be careful not to get pranked to hard today! (april 1st)

I don't know how much of a pain it is to package up the product version of a build. However, in the past I used to really appreciate the process you all used to have where the animations/games would be put out more frequently, but they would be smaller with fewer changes in between each. That way there was something for us to play with while you are working away making more awesome stuff.

I'm glad you mentioned that, that's a concern that I have had for a long time now. I've been trying to get all the artists Ive hired to provide short/lite games I we can update add to more frequently while I work on larger games. But always, it's either they aren't committing full time to make the product, or they need me to edit their 'finished' work. First hand I've been experiencing the old adage "You want' something done,you've go to do it yourself".

I'm going to discuss it with everyone on Patreon, after HalloweEnGIRLv2 I'm thinking of just doing short animation/games with my team, just so we can go back to frequent updates and have more variety again.

I know this sounds a bit corporate, but you may want to try changing up and streamlining your team's workflows. As in to actually codify a workflow for individual projects regardless of size. From there you can probably have a couple of different project moving at the same time (probably a few smaller ones and a larger one at all times). Additionally you could make it clear from the start that the workflows could be open to changes via a/b testing or trial and error.

One I've seen that has been pretty successful is something called the "agile methodology". Once you've got agile or whatever workflow explained to the team you could probably readily track everything through a trello or something.
