Hello there :Wave:
Been feeling down lately, It may be depression hitting back :c But trying my best to fight back. 

Unlocking magic Spell + Elements.
Started to hide stuff around the map for those who explore a bit!!

First tests with magic.
Magic mechanics are kinda similar to attacking, but I noticed it may be a bit slow to cast it to actually be useful in combat.

Playing around with cast animation.
I tried to do a cool cast animation, but It took way too long to execute, and wasnt optimal for combat.

Cast animation + Effects.
I decided for a simple animation, but was still kinda slow.

DMG balance.
I felt like magic should be powerful, but it may need some balances.

Level design progress.
My main goal lately is to do level design to complete the world, at least the path towards the main storyline, I can always add extra areas later that are optional for players to explore.

Climbing animation update.
Still not finished, but I added a better transition from climbing to crawling.

Expanding inventory.
While advancing development I noticed I may need more space on inventory, so I added this cool page switch for inventory!

Level design test.
Trying to keep rooms fresh and fun to explore is kinda hard, more when you fight the same enemies over and over, I may need to add some enviroment hazards.

A fun puzzle.
This puzzle helps you progress but also can block your way!! You better act fast.

Catacombs decorations.
Nothing like some bones to make a place cozy!


Brand new Sitting + Eating animation!

I made a more cheerful animation for Zoria while sitting on the campfires!

Candle light.
Added light to the candles! Also made areas darker by default.

Trying to add rain on a surface. (HELL CODE)
I wanted to make rain that stops on the ground, so you can have areas where rain cannot reach. But the code was slipping off my hands.

Figuring it out.
I noticed that the main problem was that once something was drawn into the surface, it wouldn't undraw, making it a long line on the screen, covering everything over time.

Working.
Once I managed to actually draw the particles INTO the surface, it worked like a charm!!

Cozy.
Testing rain with background + some lighting.
