For Awareness... (Patreon)

There were some fairly strange number discrepancies between Patreon numbers and Discord members, so I removed the Patreon bot (and the associated tier roles) and had the bot reassign everything.

...but because I can't tell if the bot has finished doing its job, lemme know if you're in the Discord and you don't have access to the #exclusive5plus channel!
