December Progress (Patreon)

Hey y'all, I hope everyone had a good thanksgiving! (Or just generally good November for everyone outside the US)

I'm still working hard on STC and made some good progress in November.  The backgrounds turned out to be a lot more work than I anticipated, and I ended up overshooting to 23 backgrounds rather than 16 (some are for transitional scenes that feel weird without a background).  Some of these are more detailed and complex, and some are incredibly simple.  

I finished the line art for all of them, but they still need color (which shouldn't take nearly as long).  Like I said before, backgrounds are the biggest roadblock for me and I'm trying to keep them simple and cartoony.

For December, once the backgrounds are fully colored, there are 4 new characters that will have sprites drawn and about 5-6 CG scenes.  These all go fairly quickly and I have lots of fun doing them, so I'm looking forward to making these.

It's even possible that I can have an update this month!  Once the art is done the story just flies by.  Let me know if y'all want smaller updates of if you guys would prefer Act 1 in its totality.
