New page (and an old one)! Click here to catch up!

A double feature?! We wanted to go back and redo the lighting on the previous page, and since this current page continues off this new lighting change, we decided to include it in this update. Hope you don't mind a little lighting retcon!

This week has been stressful as all hell. Unfortunately, we celebrated much too soon with our kitten Pickle. He seems to finally be making his own blood thanks to spending multiple months on steroids, but it looks like being on steroids for so long has now possibly given him Cushing's disease. Cushing's is very rare in cats, but can pop up if they're on high doses of steroids for a long period of time, and is usually indicated by drooping ears and a massive increase in thirst, both of which he now has. It doesn't seem good. We took him in for a $200 blood test and was supposed to have the results two days ago, but no word since. His other medication (atopica, a $120 immune system depressant) has also been stuck in mail limbo for a week, and it looks like it's not going to come in before his current supply runs out. No place around us seems to stock it, either. I uh, don't know what we can do about that.

Man. Not a single thing about this has been easy.  I hate to ask, but please recommend this comic to any friends of yours that loves boobs and dicks and rock and roll. This whole thing with Pickle has been extremely taxing, mentally and financially. We've only been able to make it this far thanks to your incredible support. Thank you so, so much.

See you on Monday!

Update: TEST RESULTS WERE GOOD! Pickle clings to life just a little longer! We have to check him again in 2 weeks, but it's still really good news! HAIL THE BLOOD PICKLE

Pets. Love em but man the moment something goes wrong and health issues happen, the bills can soon start piling :(

Coyote Azul

Same problem when may cat had a stroke (which we didn't find out about until after her death); we almost had to get one of those adhere-to-skin insulin dispenser devices for her because she wasn't eating. Her death two weeks after displaying symptoms made it moot.
