How do I claim my role on Discord?
Link your Discord account to your Patreon!  You'll automatically be added to any roles or servers that are offered as rewards from any creators you support, including our super-secret patron cave and the voice chat for private streams!

How do I know when private streams are happening?
Backers on $5+ tiers will be notified via Patreon post, which will include a link to the Picarto stream directly and, for people using the mobile app and going through all its weird inexplicable hurdles, the passcode to get in if that link doesn't just work automatically. Backup plans!  If email notifications ain't your thing, I also post a notification in the Discord channel linking to the post.

How do I claim monthly sketches?
I generally try to reach out to sketch tier backers around the beginning of any given month! (If I don't, I'm probably just playing a bit of catch-up first!)  I tend to favor Discord, but if you're not on there I'll most likely send you a message through Patreon!
