Small reward tier changes (Patreon)

I have made small changes to reward tiers. First and foremost; I have changed Iron Cohort (1 usd) to not include early access to public build, as it wasn't really used often enough to warrant that. 

I think going forward I will still transition patreon builds to Iron Cohort before going public, but Iron Cohort is still primarily a voting tier with access to developer posts -tier ^^

Second change is that I have added a Maecenas tier without Maecenas rewards nor limitations. The Maecenas tier is priced as 45 usd and is basically a raw support tier without rewards as such. It is priced at 45 usd because Patreon doesn't allow sorting reward tier order and at 50 usd it would have been placed randomly in between the Maecenas (of Poetry/Architecture/Mating) and looked messy ^^

The reason for adding this tier is because there has been a few requests for tiers higher than Gold Cohort. Patrons can always manually set their pledge amount, but I understand it is easier to pick a specific option and go with it instead of manually deciding on a price... and you'll get a pink name and highest member list rank position (besides developers) on Discord of course x)

We're currently working on prey AI system (so that they'll properly flee when you make noise), a conversation system, and new island (and solving Unity 2017 bugs, guh) ^^
