I think many of you have noticed that AMD does not pay proper attention to RX graphics cards. Standard presets offered by AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition do not bring any real benefit and there is simply no "auto overclocking" customization.

Also the level of graphics card performance relative to energy efficiency is a poorly researched topic. Video cards as well as Ryzen processors have sweet spots of voltage and temperature, where the user can get special results, but not many people know about it.

The purpose of the RX-TUNER module is to introduce you to the hidden capabilities of your adapters. RX-TUNER also supports unlimited profiling for up to 6 adapters simultaneously (currently there is only RDNA2 support).

In this build, monitoring of any adapters based on RDNA1/RDNA2 architecture is already available and CPU time usage was not observed.

Surprises in the communication with the video card should not wait, this is not an alpha build, all the values that you set are checked by the video driver as well as limited BIOS capabilities.

In the HYDRA 1.2B PRO version the user will be able to do auto-overclocking with respect to the desired power consumption, temperature or voltages.

Another feature of this release is the merged settings window. I've made it a rule to take time each month to take advantage of the app's usability.

Now inpoutx64.dll is not used to monitor BCLK, which in turn should have a positive effect on the interaction of HYDRA with anti-cheats.

I know that the war in my country has already disrupted a huge number of plans and affected my life, but I have no desire to stop. I believe that in the future we will have a lot of interesting discoveries. I am tremendously grateful to everyone for their support and contribution to the development of the project.

Getting hits on VirusTotal, both your link above and after checking separately - what's up? https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/c1ff63ca080864e4d83dcdf4f495cc66f90bb9f731da7dfb610b9c1226f1ec35?nocache=1

with HYDRA 1.2A PRO: Overall i'm seeing +2.9% increase. However, with previous version i was able to surpass "Core i9 12700K". Currently i'm barely able to pass "Default System Ryzen 9 5900x"

Norton Security flagged "hydra.exe" as dangerous and quarantined. VirusTotal flagged as security issue--> "Trojan.Win32.Vundo.FQ". So won't install until resolved.

Trying to use this version I am constantly getting "Temperature limit reached" when searching for best VID on single-thread test. 5950x + ROG Crosshair VIII Hero. Am I doing something wrong? I would have thought that if on current settings the temperature is too high HYDRA should revert to the previous setting when it was OK.

Having a issue with Idle temps and frequencies looks like it idles at 3ghz and doesn't seem to go lower then that. It makes the temps higher then just disabling hydra all together is anyone else having this issue?

Could some one pls make a updated guide. from bios settings to use and what all settings is.

Auto memory overclocking would be cool. I'd love to see if you're program could beat my manual overclock of a 3400mhz CL18-18-20-38 kit to 4000mhz CL14-14-14-34. That is... As long as I can restore my settings because it literally took me 2 weeks and basically wearing out my cmos reset button (thank God for those and not needing jumpers) so as long as every setting I have will be restored I'm happy to test.

Didn't AMD already kinda push everything near it's limits up until RDNA2 which has more headroom for overclocking? I know my sapphire trix 290x was a binned chip and an excellent example based on clocks it could hit but that was from sapphire. I couldn't get much better out of it. I think the most was a whole 20mhz. I also put a 580 in my son's PC and it was an AMD reference card and that was pretty much the same and I got 3 of them over 9 months. RDNA was still based on GCN but RDNA2 is not... Finally lol. RDNA 3 is going to be something special. RDNA 4 is where AMD starts smoking nVidia and doesn't look back. They only way they nVidia will catch up is by cheating like they used to do with benchmarks and the magic driver overclock. So perception was they were better when they really weren't but after 3 years of that the damage was done and sales were tanking. At around year 4 or 5 they got caught then magically gameworks appeared. They have also artificially and slowly increased GPU prices across the stack over 10 years. So after ranting about how evil nVidia has been my current and previous 2 GPU's we're nVidia. So I'm crazy excited this year for RDNA3. I need something that does solid 4k gaming with RT & something like DLSS which they now have and they should have the artifacting issue fixed. DLSS 1 & 2 had issues at launch and DLSS 2 still has issues so neither is perfect and FSR 2.x is hard to tell apart from DLSS in most games when you're playing them not trying to find visual error tos. Ok I'm done ranting & racing lol. I just joined.

I'm not necessarily sure why, but this version is causing me several restarts during the proccess. Even trying to set things similar to how a previous version asked for. ***HYDRA 1.2A PRO by 1usmus*** 07/16/2022 18:18:06 Microsoft Windows NT 6.2.9200.0 AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT AMD64 Family 25 Model 33 Stepping 0, AuthenticAMD AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI II BIOS ver. 2803 SMU ver. 56.70.00 TABLE ver. 3672325 DRAM speed 3600 MHz Maybe I am missing something or didn't set something right?

I like where you're going with this train of thought! I hope things pan out like you're predicting, because I'm an AMD fanboi too-- water-cooled 5950x + water-cooled Sapphire TOXIC RX6900XT + 64GB T-Force Xtreem = lots of frames!!! Welcome to the community! Yuri is a beast, cranking out release after release, all while living in war-torn Ukraine! The guy is an absolute legend. I haven't had much success with some of the previous releases (they caused frequent crashes when playing CoD: Warzone), but I was also trying to squeeze every last drop out of my CPU. I'm gonna download these newest releases and see how it goes. Good luck to you! I hope Hydra works well for you.

I tested it yesterday and everything seemed fine. It was running an overclock profile for like... 14 hours of Forza horizon 5 without any issues.

Apparently I have a really good example of a 5800x. I'm sure the extra power my motherboard can supply doesn't help but I'm able to get 5 of the cores up to 5.3 ghz for 20 min. they obviously don't stay there forever because of thermals but I wonder if I used a bigger rad or found a way to chill my rad if I could lock those cores in at that frequency when gaming... Although I plan on updating to zen4 so it's probably not worth it. The best thing is my ram. The dram calc gave me a place to start but it's numbers caused errors in memtest86 but 2 long weeks of tweaking (2 hours a day) I got a 3200mhz CL18-18-20-38 kit of Samsung B-die running at 3800mhz CL14-14-14-34, 32 gigs 2x16. I almost went insane doing it lol
