WACUP Beta Builds #13260 & #13286 (Patreon)

Been a bit quiet but here's the last 3 or so week's work with #WACUP #beta build 1.8.7.13286 (also 1.8.6.13260 earlier in the week) now with beta testers.

New library icons, a bad resource leak fix & adding dark mode support

The addition of dark mode support is a first attempt (aka more to do to improve it) which has not been helped by the lack of consistency or even expected support for win32 controls by the OS (which only seemed to target what Explorer needed at least with the Win10 implementation).

There's also some newer icons for the library navigation tree instead of trying to re-use the 16x16px ones from the 5.666 plug-ins which for those using higher resolution screens should still keep the feel of old but be much less blurry when scaled (old is left vs new is right)- may need to scroll through the images to see this one.

Then onto the issue of the resource leak which related to the handling of the database saving & ironically was more of an issue for machines with more cores. Tracking it down was tricky though https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/handle helped towards the end once the obvious issues were resolved.
