Blockhead dev log #21 (Patreon)

Blockhead now seems to work fine on my laptop. Since it's a pretty bad laptop I hope this means it will work well on the average machine but I'm sure I will encounter some computer specific issues as more people use it.

There are still many bugs I know about, many things that need to be improved, many many many features that need to be implemented, some big (VST support, MIDI support etc) and some small, more effects that need to be added, but I think I'm finally at the first release milestone. I'm now just doing a bunch of admin, trying to make sure I'm packaging everything correctly etc.

Bonus mental health update!!!! Boring!

I have a nice cocktail of mild mental disorders which are not really bad enough to complain about or use as an excuse for anything.

Blockhead has probably been stable enough to release an alpha for the past few days. I've been procrastinating on it because my brain sucks and I when I think about finally releasing it to people for some reason I start feeling a panic attack coming on. This is just from the thought of releasing it to you three patrons and a couple of people I know online so who knows what happens if it starts gathering more users. Anyway if the neurons start kicking off then I might end up taking short break to scream into a pillow for a week or whatever.
