Now that you're signed up, you're scheduled to support the next package of illustrations I post as long as you keep your pledge active. All rewards created during the current month will be sent out via message the following month on the 5th when Patreon has successfully processed your pledge. This means the April package will be sent out on May 5th, and the May package on July 5th, and so on. You need to be pledged in the month, that your desired rewards were created in order to receive them. You also don't instantly gain access to the rewards you signed up for until this monthly package is completed and then you'll receive a link from me, containing your rewards.  Once the month is over, the package is complete and your pledge will get processed, and I'll send you the rewards for that package on the 5th of the following month.
