Thanks to Payton for requesting that Move cover, it's one of my favourites! And I did think it would be fun to watch your reaction to that one haha, it's so intense. In terms of Mina doing a performance like this, I don't think it's too surprising when you consider her background. She trained in ballet since she was young, and when she started with TWICE by competing in Sixteen, the elegance and poise that came with that training was what she mainly pushed as her USP. And I think that elegance lends itself to sexy concepts like this really well. Also, about Sana: She may be adorable, but she can absolutely turn on that killer stage presence whenever she wants to. That almost always seems to be my type in a bias 😂

The move cover is for sure one of their most mature ones. But there’s also a unit stage where Dahyun, Sana and Tzuyu danced to Beyoncé’s dance for you. That one is maybe even more so.

A word or two about Mina and sexy concepts. I understand your thoughts as i was the same, thinking that Mina wouldn't fit sexy concepts too much. But alas, i couldn't have been more wrong. When she releases her inner demon Sharon, she is the most fierce and sexy perfomer in Twice (Sharon is her middle name, yes, she literally has two personas). Also as a side note, Seize the light is a bit more emotional especially them talking about Mina and her hiatus because of her anxiety, so yes, my recommendation is to start with TimeToTwice. Looking forward to more Twice here on Pateron.

The Move stage is where we get to see Sharon make an appearance

Thanks for this reaction! I agree that Momo's voice matches the chorus from The Feels so well with her tone, also I think you haven't seen Taemin's Goodbye but Jihyo and Momo collabed with him and performed a version on a music festival and it's SO GOOD! I'm leaving the link here in case you want to see or react to it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mcoeCX5OHFg

Also! I'm so excited for your Time to Twice journey if you start with this show, it's honestly so fun! and you get to see so much of their personalities in it. Anyhow, October is going to be such a great month I'm sure

TWICE has done songs completely in English before (not translated versions), but they were b-sides: What You Waiting For and I Want You Back. What You Waiting For is a very underrated song from 2019 with an EDM style. I love it. I Want You Back is a cover, originally by the Jackson 5. It was a big reach, because that's a huge song. Personally I think they didn't hit the target with that one.

Also, if you want to learn the personality of TWICE members, you have to start with Sixteen. That's the competition show where TWICE was formed from 16 JYP trainees. It's a rite of passage. Some people hate that show, because they get put through an emotional wringer, and also because it was edited to enhance the drama. But it really is the starting point to learning the group. There are so many TWICE references that start on that show, I think you'd be lost without seeing it.

I think the Move performance, and then seeing the dance practices for it, was where I really for the first time truly understood how incredible of a dancer Momo is. They're all great, but she's just on another level.
