Once here! I joined your patreon specifically for Day6 and Twice album listens, so I am definitely looking forward to more :) For being a summer themed album, I wasn't expecting to enjoy Taste of Love as much as I do. I've been a fan of Twice since Cheer Up, and I love both their original sound and the new direction they've taken. Retro music is right up my alley (the first kpop group I ever stanned were the retro queens themselves, Wonder Girls) and Twice has really melded 70's, 80's, and 90's vibes into their music so well. My ranking is about the same as yours, except swap SOS and Baby Blue Love. Also, I laughed so hard at your disdain for the whispered "JYP~" at the beginning of Alcohol Free. Those who listened to Wonder Girls throughout the years know this intimately, so many of their songs had that dreaded phrase in the opening. The members were so happy when they had the rare title track not written by JYP and didn't have to hear those initials every time they performed 😂

Once here!! I really liked this album, I felt like every song fits different moments in summer... Like everyone that drives... Please drive with SOS and baby blue love is just the best feeling... My ranking is basically SOS and Baby blue love as #1, then First time, conversation and scandal... We all kinda cringe at the "JYP" I've seen TikToks were they replaced that with a "twice" and not gonna lie sounded great😂 What I love the most is that all bsides were written by the members, (First time: Jihyo, Conversation: Sana, Scandal and SOS: Dahyun and Baby blue love: Nayeon) I really like thier new direction, but sometimes I just want to blast What is love? or Signal and just feel the energy... Glad you're enjoying the journey with them

Exactly! Sometimes you just need to blast the brighter TWICE haha. This direction feels more mature and purposeful to me, filled with more emotion.

Exactly!! And the transition was very organic, I think that's why even if you start to get into them in this mature era, you still love the early songs cause in some way makes sense the growth and evolution of their music just feels like a very organic transition

1. Sixteen, if you want to start from the beginning. 2. Seize the light, it's a great documentary type series where you get to know the girls a lot and how they got to where they are, and 3. Time to Twice, it's just Twice on crack, some of the funniest content you'll get from them.
