ATEEZ's was by far my favorite of this round, though I really loved BTOB's. I do think Jongho throwing the crown was symbolic in that they said they just needed the fans' appreciation, and that was enough. I had to rewatch it because there were so many Easter egg callbacks to other MV's and performances that I missed the first time. During Hongjoong's rap, the backup dancers were in costumes from their previous Kingdom performances. There was even some HALA HALA choreo in the culminating fight scene at the end (San's demonic ending part). It was just everything my ATINY heart could ask for. Can't wait to see your reaction to SF9. Chani is the maknae (and has the deepest voice next to Zuho).

This episode has given me my two favourite Kingdom performances so far apart from Love Poem, BTOB and ATEEZ were amazing! BTOB's performance was already perfectly suited to my tastes with the jazzy sound and the live band, and Miyeon's appearance was just the perfect way to top it off. And Answer has to be one of my favourite boygroup songs I've heard so far. So good, and it gives me huge Eurovision vibes which I love. Big fan of the new set-up by the way. The transitions are really nice and smooth, and it's nice to see the show in full-screen since I'm watching it for the first time on here 😅

So I'm not a fan of "small box" for a couple of reasons. I have seen the show multiple times so when I watch I focus in on the reactions or sometimes I rewatch things I've seen for the first time to see the reactions better and with my screen you're REALLY small. I feel like I can't see your reactions as well. I'd say make the camera a little bit bigger at least. Also, I don't dig the camera being on the top left and I can't decide what corner I prefer it in...I just feel like it feels awkward to me looking up there to see you...I might prefer bottom left or right simply because the subtitles are closer and I can look over to you quicker. Hope I don't seem like I'm giving back TOO much feedback lol just wanted to share my opinion.

Is it just me but I kinda prefer the original set up. W the reaction box being super small, my focus is now on the original kingdom video and I find the commentary voiceover abit distracting. Whereas in the original set up, my primary focus was on your reaction/commentary and then if I felt like it, I'd watch or glance over the original video. Appreciate the experimentation tho.

So I said 2 performances always make me cry...Love Poem is one, but this performance by ATEEZ literally chokes me up every time. Please watch the uncut version. Knowing they put that together for us, Atiny, just murders me. I think throwing the crown symbolized they are doing this for Atiny and not Kingdom. Atiny matters more than results in Kingdom, which some people pointed out - this performance NO one is going to understand its depth and meaning except for us in their fan base so they kind of threw away this round competition wise if you think about it. It is grand, but no one outside of the fan base is going to understand the meaning/message of the performance as well.

Am I the only person who gets annoyed when I see the clip of what Yunho said to Chani? I really don't agree with what he told him and obviously that impacted Chani a lot. Idk :/ every time I see that clip I feel angry that he even commented that to him.

This is probably just me but i prefer the original setup, its struggle to see ur reaction and thats kinda the whole point not rewatching, then again, its prolly just me so yeah...

I miss the old set-up, I guess mainly because that's what I'm used to, and because the size and the placement isn't... the most optimal imo. I'm all in for experimenting, and I'm happy if you can watch the screen normally this way - but top left is definitely not the place for it. (If you have a little money to invest, you could buy an external webcam and place it to capture you from a different angle, so you could watch your screen normally! It would make it more comfortable for you, but it's just a random suggestion.) Hmmm... Maybe at the right side a bigger circle mainly for your head (because your face carries the important messages, non-verbal reactions and all), and the left side could have the thing you're reacting to? The video that you're watching can be big, but I don't think it's necessary to have full-screen-size for us. But well, it's just my opinion. I'll enjoy your reactions either way, because your commentaries are valuable and your reactions are fun. Thank you for this episode too! (BTOB won the round in my heart, second place easily goes to Ateez, these rankings are soooooo weird. But I was happy for SF9.)

This Ateez stage gave me goosebumps all over, left me totally speechless, i've followed them since debut, actually the first group ever i have done so for, but never explored too many of the side tracks or the fandom storyline but after the buzz behind the meaning of this stage i'm getting way too curious as to what its all about and wanna get deeper into it all, the impact was just immense

Okay, sounds like the way I was filming before is your preference so I'll be returning to that in the future! Thought I'd try something new plus I feel bad when you guys have such small subtitles. I think I downplay my part in a lot of this. Like, in my head you're still coming for the MV/group and not exactly me. So I'm thinking "why am I putting what they want to see in the smaller box?"

I mean I think we all are fine with you trying new things out and it's fine. I only wish your camera was a little bigger because I can't make out your expressions as well and where the camera was located was a bit harder to watch you and the subtitles/performance at the same time. The subtitles' size never bothered me!

I actually record on a Sony A6400 that's attached to a stabilizing arm. So I can move it, but my monitor is MASSIVE so it has to at least be above that. I hate my pseudo side profile shots so I keep it mostly in front of me 😁

I agree. I thought it was such an odd thing to say. A weird critique that Chani really seemed to internalize. I hope Chani is happy with his performance in this round bc I thought he KILLED it.

also old af but i just got here LOL, its the first mc Yunho (of tvxq) to Chani during the prep for their Move stage .... i also find it weird. Changmin's comment seems much more constructive and well-intended than Yunho's imo
