It’s not my birthday but it could be yours..? Anyway, here’s the caption text:

“I can’t believe you’re both three years old already, it’s makes Mommy so upset to see you growing old so quickly before my eyes!” Of course what the girls couldn’t quite remember was every birthday they’d had for the past twenty years had been their ‘third birthday’. Mommy wasn’t letting them grow old that quickly!

“Now I’ve got lots of special things planned! First we’re going to get you all dressed up in some nice pink frocks ready to go out shopping! We need a whole stack of new diapers for you both and we can spend the whole morning looking around the toy shop!”

“Then mommy has invited all her friends round for a special birthday party this afternoon! All my friends are going to want to sit you both in their laps and bounce you up and down, take it in turns to feed you big mouthfuls of the sweet cake that mommy is going to bake and watch as you play quietly with all the new toys you’ll get!”
