The State Behavioural Correction Facility for young offenders was like no other criminal facility around.

Whereas most young offender institutions deal with rehabilitation into society, teaching misguided youths life skills and guiding them into a better place to in their lives, this facility had a slightly different approach.

By putting the offenders into thick diapers under their prison uniforms and sealing them in a small empty white cell. The lights alternate between on and off every four hours with an almost hypnotic soundtrack being piped into the room, subtly implanting ideas and triggers into their minds.

After a couple of hours they become totally in-orientated, you can change their diapers while they sleep and after a couple of days they’re simply empty headed drooling diaper filling babies.

No longer a menace to society!
