Hi all!

The Patroncast is here again, and this month we've got news on whether Jon actually took that holiday, as well as the always important Christmas present update...

Naturally, you can also watch the unlisted YouTube video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w7fRK5WNRk8

Or you can just download it from Google Drive if you prefer - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1M-CmJXLASfUBXVQ3mXZCkia01OIoE9-X/view?usp=sharing

And don't forget the entire playlist of Patroncasts too -  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xy8-DABMEx4&list=PLwH1xJhcXG0f38Jjmzko1yKXoTR_c2MFJ

And as for Tabby, she felt she deserved a holiday too, so enjoy her having a rest on a new blanket...

I totally understood and agree with your answer to the last question about games that allow role playing. My favorite content is where you are creating the story and using the game to tell it, like Fallout 4 YOLO and Rimworld. I don't enjoy videos where it's just you reading endless game dialog written by the developers; e.g. Kentucky Route Zero. So keep looking for those opportunities to create your own stories

Heya Jon - there's an important thing you missed in FO4. You want mind cloud for the syringer, not pax, as mind cloud does essentially the same thing with the added bonus of not being level locked so that you CAN use it on mirelurk queens or deathclaws and it works 100% of the time instead of maybe working sometimes. Plus the bonus of being able to sneak attack things again after you cloud their mind. Mind cloud and the berserk syringe (for sniping weak enemies and having them draw out others) are the only two worth it but they are REALLY worth it and became one of my go to utility things when I was slogging though the frost mod. Pax is unreliable against everything but weak enemies, mind cloud always works and with a bonus. Go mind cloud. (It obviously works on Kellogg as well, he's a modded human - not a first gen synth or a kill bot. It's a function of poison immunity.)
