And so we're almost ready for the Absolutely-Going-To-Run-Perfectly-Smoothly RollerCoaster Tycoon 2 Patreon Livestream, and that means I have important last minute notes.

Firstly, we had a few people whose Discord username and # we couldn't find, and without that, we can't give you access to the Rolercoaster Tycoon 2 voicechat on Discord so you can chat to all your fellow builders - if you haven't already joined that group, could you please double check your name and # and confirm it below.

Secondly, Open RCT2 is regularly updated, and we all need to be running the same version to play together. For that reason, could you please check that you're running the version below, depending on your OS - this may not be the same one as you have downloaded, and without it, you won't be able to access our server.

These are the builds the server is running on currently. 

Thirdly, the server itself - on the Open RCT2 start screen, click on the internet option (third along - button with the globe). You will find Many A True Park there. It will likely be the top option, in fact, as we're running a version behind, so this may be the only server you can pick. Please make your username the same as your Discord name - it will help the person who is kindly helping me set this up.

To further assist, he's asked that we keep the server password on the Discord, just so we can confirm everybody has a working account - so head to Discord, join the #rct2 text channel, and read the pinned message (click the pin symbol at the top). If you need help, our friendly Discord staff can help you with this.

Now here's the most important bit - so that he can build a whitelist for the server, it would help us if you went and briefly joined the server before the stream - ideally this evening - just for a moment.

A quick TLDR for you;

• Join Discord
• Confirm your username and # below
• Own RollerCoaster Tycoon 2 and download the Open RCT2 Mod version linked to above
• Find our server
• Sign into it briefly to help us with set-up

And that's your lot. After that, join us at 4pm UK-time tomorrow onwards, either to watch or to play, and let the madness commence...
