Modding Diary - Cut Cake Interaction (Patreon)

Hi guys! I hope you all are well! 

About my break:

its been a while since my last modding diary, I had a fantastic break😚Me and my partner went to Orlando and we went to Disney world and universal, as well as the NASA space center. Im pretty sure Im turning into a Disney adult now and I can't wait to go back again 🤭

Having a break really did wonders to my productivity. Im finally feeling like myself again and I have regained my ability to focus. Its so nice to be able to sit down and work and just forget about time and not get distracted by every little thing that goes on around me. Im going to work on setting a proper work schedule from now on to prevent burnout from ever happening again.

Anyways, let me show you what I made this week. I was able to finish the cake cutting animation for single sims. this interaction could be useful for sims who do not have a partner to do the gender reveal with them.

the pregnant sim will stand in front of the cake

and puts her hand on her stomach

and looks around

she would look down at the cake (I did some adjustments to their eyelids after taking these screenshots so it wont look like their eyeballs are about to pop out lol)

and takes out a knife and cuts the cake

then she would take out a cake spatula to take a slice 

and voila

she puts the cake down on the table, I will to make it so that a slice of cake would spawn on the tale as your sim puts it down

finally she stands up and make some final remarks

and that is the whole interaction! 

Next week I will work on some of the tuning stuff, right now my animations are overriding the wedding cake cutting interactions, and we obviously dont want that, so I will work on giving these animation their own interactions. I will also work making some moodlets, and if I have time I would like to make a few more decor items for you to decorate your gender reveal party.
