I'm not sure if you take ideas but if you do I really think a cute way to tell toddlers, kids and teens your pregnant would be cool and maybe emergency births.

Yes, that would be really fun, they mentioned they need some time to learn sims python for the NICU update, maybe they'll release in the future

Hi just a suggestion. Maybe you can create an update where a pregnant sims tries to adjust herself sitting on the chair or sofa. It would be cool.
