Here we go! The form is now up and should be available! I am only accepting 5 small commissions of up to two figures, currently, and will be closing in a week!

Please read everything, then answer all the questions in the next section (required, and it shouldnt send unless you answer them all, assuming i didnt mess up.)

This a very new format for how I accept commissions, so please let me know if you run into any problems or if something is unclear!
