What do you mean? Saving what? (appearances, clothes, poses?) Also we don't really have folders of anything, so I'm also not sure what you mean by folders. Just explain more and perhaps there is a way to do it or I can add one.

Are you familiar with the standard Virt-a-Mate way of saving looks? You can save as many looks as you want, and sort them by folder. I've copied in the info below. Is this enough, or do you specifically want more quick open looks? Info: To save a female look, click Edit Mode -> select the female Person -> press Save Look... You can then load the look in vamX by going to the vamX UI -> Female -> Load Custom Look.

I think I found out why the action appears less vigorous, especially from the female end. The thrust controls in many poses tend to be very close together so the movement is quite limited. This seems especially true of the female. It looks much better and more vigorous if you spread them apart. This can be manually done, but it resets each time you restart the pose. Any way to fix this?

I have super low frame rates in VR (Oculus Quest 2) even at ultra low (15~fps). I have a 3070 with i7 10700k 16gb Ram. Is that normal ?

Yes, it's part of the tutorial. You can put the real controller in your belt or side of your pants and then link it to your hip/penis in game to thrust. See the tutorial.

Yes, that can often be right depending on what's in the scene. The low frame rate is on the update of what's in the scene (turning your head still works at 90fps). To improve frame rate try going to Plugins and choosing the GiveMe FPS plugin. Try changing to a scene without a mirror, even the black scene (new nice black scene coming in 1.14). Change the hair, turn off the male temporarily, etc., etc. But you shouldn't ever expect to see more than 30fps. 30 is the max in VR... again this is 30 fps for the physics / scene update not for the ability to look around, that shouldn't lag.
