hey lads! more tinkering in chloro stuff, here's what's cookin

- more tweaks on lighting for performance
- player how have similiar method of chloroforming dummy-chan
- chloroform will consume stamina, if success, less stamina consumed at the end, if fail, more stamina consumed
- for testing, player have to chloroform dummy-chan 2 times
- fixed aim camera glitch
- player now can choose inbetween elbowtie/higharmtie and regularlegtie/crossankles
- dummy-chan now picks randomly which type of bind pose
- stamina regen adjustments for tests
