[WIP] Akane Titswing (Patreon)

So, compared to the previous WIP, this may look like a step back, but I assure you it's not.

It's not a lot of work tonight cause I'm still recovering from being sick (and this came after working on the recent Pivot refs, so I had already been going for a while), but this essentially has laid out all the components for the full thing (done in a way that makes BE pretty easy to add ideally). No secondary motions yet since it was mostly just layout work.

Just to show I haven't forgotten lol
