I think I've come up with a plan for what to do for milestone rewards.

Instead of doing them at the start of each month, I'm gonna do them routinely at the end of each month, on the last stream day that month. It's basically gonna be the "supporter appreciation stream."

Instead of making them loosely ruled requests, they're gonna be a bit more limited and straightforward. When you hit a milestone, you get access to the form, and can submit a single character and a pose or activity. I'll take the 6 (tentative) oldest outstanding submissions and do up a sketch page in stream. Any leftovers will roll over to next month. (As usual, they don't have to be your characters, but if it's someone else's OC I just need to know that it's permitted.)

If I don't have the minimum number of characters, I'll pull from the special channel in the Discord for peoples' OCs at random or based on my own preferences, or take suggestions from the chat.

These as a result will be a fixed amount of work each month. While there may be a backlog, it'll be designed in a way that it won't hang over me, and also it won't leave for an underwhelming result on months where things are sparse. It'll also mean the requests will have a lot more consistency.

And, with this considered, it opens up the possibility of allowing for more milestone points too. Not that I'll necessarily do that--I want to see how this runs first.

Sounds like a sensible and pragmatic way to go about it. Hope it ends up working well.

Sounds solid, just stay consistent for folks. Hope everyone understands that you're one person not a work horse
