Milestone messages for this month have been sent out. Be sure to send a reply if you fill out the attached form, otherwise I don't know that it's been updated!

That all said, I'm getting to a point where I don't know if I'll be able to continue to do these milestone rewards. Next month I'm expecting 19 people to hit their milestone markers.

Usually, not everyone makes a request, so it becomes more manageable, but even that considered this is getting more and more unfeasible to fulfill as my page grows. It's a lot of requests to process even after people decline, and it's not uncommon for people to get more and more specific or complicated with what should be fairly simple requests.

One idea I wanted to float by was the concept of doing a supporter sketch page instead, where people can submit their characters and I put them into a single collage. The problem is support tends to come in scattered waves--might have one month where there's only 1 person who hits a milestone, then the next it's 20+ people.

I don't know what to do here though and I'm open to ideas and suggestions.

Maybe spread out the load somewhat. If you have like you said 20 next month. Ask half of them if you can push them to the next month to keep your load manageable. I like the collage idea as well. Maybe make a stream of it?

that's not really feasible as that relies on the assumption that it's a load that can be spread out. What do I do then if i get 2-3 months in a row with 20+ rewards? Having a long backlog is also a huge anxiety point.

How about you DM milestoners with a survey with alternatives for milestones? I'm pretty sure they can understand, after all, it's no good you get burned out to fill the milestone promises. Probably the channel has grown bigger than you expected, so you don't have enough manpower to fill them all, because think about this, what if in 2-3 months you get like 50 milestones in a single month? You could do for example that everyone that hits the 100 milestone, can get a one time pass to get 10 votes on the next vote for example, and keep the works only for the 500 milestone, as that's more difficult to achieve than the 100 milestone.

The doodle page might just be the way to go, if you want to spice it up do a random selection out of the group of a few of the actual picture rewards. Might keep fresh and light on you

Also, fun idea. A bun suit made of clear fabric, almost like plastic wrap.
