  • Patreon Ideas and Suggestions ?

Since I am finally getting back into working on art full time again. I wanted to come on here and ask if any of you have any ideas or suggestions as to what you would like to see from my patreon. Would you like the fanart polls to come back? Do you want different polls to vote for? Would you like the commission tiers to come back? Are there any perks or benefits on my patreon that I haven't tried before that you would like to see? I would really love to hear from y'all and try to make this patreon more fun. Thank y'all so much for your time and support. - Koigle

    Wrist Update: Surgery

This is bit late, and if you follow my twitter or discord then you've most likely already seen this update. But I finally had surgery for my wrist today! It was definitely far more stressful and intense than I initially thought. My procedure was done under local anesthesia, so I was awake the entire time, but I was numbed to an extent. This was my first surgery of any kind, and after going through it, I can definitely see why people prefer to be knocked out completely if they have the choice XD;;Right now I have a splint and bandage I can't remove until I have my stitches taken out next week. After that, I'm unsure how long recovery will beFor the time being I'll be taking it easy and staying in bed.Hope everyone is doing well in their corner of the world!-Koigle

    General Update, Wrist Diagnosis

Hey everyone, It's been awhile since I have updated everyone, so I thought I'd pop on real quick for that~As you all may know, my wrist has been a consistent problem since September of last year. I began having a gradual pain that would vary in intensity, and like and idiot, I shrugged it off and continued to work and push through the pain. Thinking it would work itself out and that sooner or later it would go away. Surprise, that's not was happened , and the pain began to worsen and stick around for much longer stretches.I started seeing a slew of different doctors. getting lots of X-rays, one showing I had partially dislocated my wrist. all the other came back normal. I was put on a ton of different meds ( steroids, muscle relaxers ) braces, tried wrapping it with kt tape, massage therapy. Just, all kinds of things. Anything to get any kind of relief and none of it helped it the long term. No one really know what was causing it and no one would really look beyond the X-ray which said that I was totally normal. It's been really frustrating. But, I finally was able to get in with a specialist, who has decades of experience with treating issues with the arm and wrist. After some tests he concluded that I have tendinitis ( specifically de quervain's tendinitis ) . Gave me a cortisol shot in my wrist and a splint to wear in the day for the next 6 weeks. If 6 weeks passes and the pain persist then, I have to have surgery.I'm honestly just happy to have found someone who seems to have an inkling of what they are talking about. He did say that I can work IF I can do it with the splint WITHOUT any pain. And right at this moment I'm not quite sure if that's something that is entirely possible.Just gonna have to take it a day at a time and see where that lands me.Thank you to everyone who has been so patient in all of this. hopefully in a few months I'll be right as rain , back to drawing all the fun stuff.~-Koigle
