Velma Green the Spider Queen [wip gif] (Patreon)

Like many of the gals from Bill & Mandy, Velma was one the ones I wanted to draw for a bit. I'm surprised it took me that long to finally do it.

This was fun to do.  I really loved taking this iconic cartoon style and making it my own, mostly through the use of vivid and powerful shading. She got pretty popular at the time, when you google image search "velma green the spider queen" this is actually one of the first results you'll see. That's incredibly cool! I love seeing that happen!  

I don't have much to say about this one other than that. I will say, my strongest point on this drawing is the fact I used soft 3D-ish shading on the abdomen and especially the vibrant red lighting. I feel those elements really made her stand out.
