Yes, they're announcing the end of the Ultimate Universe again. Again! However… Wasn't Ultimatum The End? I mean… Wasn't Cataclysm "THE" end? Anyway… Even if the Ultimate Universe DOES end for big M, it will live on through the lewd pages of Spidercest and its spinoffs. They might have run out of ideas. I surely haven't.

That black guy

Sounds like they'll probably junk it, it save characters like Miles and Jessie (anyone who has an actual apperance recently that's interesting) and make him THE Ultimate spider-man (with an on going with hin in616 where we finally figure out what happened to the 616 version of him). I can only say I'll miss Ultimate C&D, though if the last issue of ultimates is any indication they're already gone.

Leaving Ultimate Kitty behind would break Jess' heart. Same goes for Ganke and Miles. In my opinion they'd have to carry over: - Miles - Jess - Kitty - Lana - Gwen - Ganke ...at least!

WTF, Marvel? Seriously, WTF?? Although I did hear a rumour a while ago that they might be folding Miles into the 616 universe... I understand why sales might keep dropping off; when the Ultimate Universe began it was a way of retelling the old stories for new readers to get them up to speed, but by ultimatum 1 it had deviated too much for this to still hold true. But I don't like being screwed over cheap marketing ploys; they should either let it die gracefully or keep it running without black mailing readers to buy more!

What they did to Ultimates was atrocious. Two very low-bar artists (to say the least) undermining a teenage team with such potential. Fiffe didn't do his best either at writing.

Oh come on, I love the Ultimate series I'm a late comer to it, still completing it. But I love the series, why its always the things that we like get cancelled/stopped and the crap/junk keeps going. Its ridiculous, thank the gods we got your projects Tracey and the descent FF.

That's so Marvel-like… They start a nice new Universe and mishandle it. Then they lose the fanbase and end up getting rid of the whole thing. 2099… MC2… and now, 1610 Ultimate.

RPG!

Well, according to Marvel after one of their Avengers stories recently and hinted at in the Age of Ultron series: time in the Marvel multiverse is broken. Part of the reason why so many of the solicits for next year including retreads of older stories like Age of Apocalypse and Iron Man's Armor Wars. This seems to be presented the same way but one thing that might come from all of this is whatever the fallout, this might be a way to get the overall Marvel status-quo closer to the movies...
