This week was kind of a polish week! I decided to finally get around to fixing up the controls so it's more responsive. Before now, holding two keys at the same time would make neither of them count, which made rapidly pressing them or holding one and then holding the other feel laggy. Now it'll just use whichever key you've pressed more recently, making the whole game feel more responsive.

We've also wanted to add more feedback to what exactly happened when Carol trips on something. Now she'll turn wet and drip when you trip on a fountain!

I'll be tweaking the effect some in the future, and different sound effects for hitting different things will eventually be made too.

For waiters, Carol now squeezes against the wall when they walk past, so you know they're in the way. She'll also shimmy along on thin ground as a little extra visual flair.

Monday: Fixed the game crashing when loading text that has double spaces. Fixed the calendar menu marking the level under the mouse as complete when exiting a cutscene.

Tuesday: Made it so holding two direction keys at the same time counts as pressing the one last pressed, rather than not doing anything.

Wednesday: Fixed depth sorting for Carol when she's using elevators and exit doors. Waitresses are now shown in front of Carol and will trip if she runs into them while they're moving (how they worked before). Added a wetness effect when Carol trips on a fountain or falls in water. If she stands still while wet, she'll shake off. (Dakk)Worked on animation for Carol squeezing past waiters.

Thursday: Adjusted level 3-1. Fixed waitresses and patrons sometimes getting stuck walking if they overlapped each other.

Monday: (Dakk)Finished new animation set. Added the new animations to the game.
