dear Stephanie -- I so appreciated your sweet and honest "confession" of what it was like to see your Mother finding a new love after the great loss of your father. It touched my heart and attached me forever to my belief in your lovely nature. I will pay no attention to any web naysayers. People who do wonderful things are preyed on by people who do nothing! Happy birthday, Stephanie!!! Great that you’re able to celebrate it with your mom and Percy after such a long time. I have one comment to make on this vlog: You had your hand up the whole time which sometimes made it hard for me to understand you. Hope you don’t mind me saying that. Wondering, with few French speakers at the Chateau how are you informed of changes in water restrictions? Quarantines? Online or via a hidden radio or tv?

I'm sure the government agency in charge of water restrictions knows how to contact everyone. Same for quarantines. La Lande does have great internet service and Stephanie speaks French. There are many internet translate products that can help for those that are not French speakers.
