So, I’ve been thinking (dangerous, I know!) … It seems that there is always SOMEONE at the chateau when you are traveling. And, when the chateau is quiet, I think A DOG would be welcome companionship for whomever is keeping watch. So, it would be kind of a community pet, sort of a “Chateau Emotional Support Dog.” Bottom line: I’m on team “Dog For Philip!” 📣 🐶 🇫🇷

Congratulations on your 200,000! well deserved! Just my 2 cents: Phillip should have a dog. A dog or maybe two, will enhance the life of everyone at LaLande! You always have people around to watch the dog while traveling so no worries there. As you can see by my photo I LOVE dogs and I can tell you the joy they bring to your life is unlike any other experience. I am sure Stephanie that when you fall in love with a dog you will wonder how you ever lived without one. When I see Phillip with a dog I can tell that he really needs one. He's so sweet and has so much love to give. A different kind of love that is reserved for animals and must be expressed : )

Yes on a dog for Phillip. We count our lives in dogs and cannot imagine life without them. Get a cavalier king charles spaniel. The world's sweetest breed!

A loose neighbor dog terrorized and almost killed one of the roosters a while ago. Since they also have peacocks and other birds that have their run of the grounds, I assume a dog would not be able to be kept away from them, and by nature, dogs have a prey drive. I'm certain this is a big reason why Phillip has to enjoy dogs somewhere else and I don't blame Stephanie for making this the law of Lalande. ;)
