I have a two questions: 1) with the slope on lawn toward the lake bed, will adjusting that slope now change? Is it still needed? I know Davy said it should still look the same, but from what vantage points? And, 2) Did the environmental study make suggestions that will impact the plan for a natural pool? Thanks!

VIDEO IDEA—— I would love it if you could address the questions in all the comments on this video in a separate video. It would make it so much easier than trying to look back and see if I can find the same comment to see if it was answered. Maybe on a rainy day when content is a little slow it might be a fun project even if you have to wait till winter. I don’t have any questions of my own I just love everyone else’s

I am so excited that the lake is close to being reinstated. 1 to 1.5 m is not a deep lake but is it deep enough for trout? If it were this could be something that could be another money spinner both as to pay for the reestablishment of the lake which I see as fundamental and should be paid by a government department that falsely formed you to drain it, but also as a form of revenue to allow with licences and visitors to fish the lake. Trout is a favourite fish. It could be cooked on site or could be made into smoked fish or even pate. Regular visitor dinners. So many possibilities.

Hi Barbara, I wouldn’t worry. I signed up over a year ago and still haven’t received my card. I’m sure it will come but given the community is so large I’m sure they have to divide the card mailing out like they divide the gifts out on “chateaux unwrapped”. It will just take awhile. But like you, I’m excited to receive my card! Hope you have a great day! 😊
