Sponsorships are a great idea. Go for it!

Stephanie you do what is best for your chateau. I do worry about so many changes, in order to get revenue. However, the chateau is such a mass undertaking, and it seems the logical way to go. All my best.

Your father's tiles are so charming and beautiful. I can't wait to see them installed.

Stephanie -what a delightful update.Loved walking through the paint colour process/view out Michaels apartment window and the shutters they look so good. Re the sponsorship funding- do what ever it takes. You have great instinct and integrity in everything you do. You are thoughtful and considerate and include us in so much of Lalande life. We are so invested with you in the plans. You go girl! Oh love the coasters for the shop too!!

Stephanie, and Phillip, I think the colors you have chosen for this tower both respects its original look, but at the same time gives it a fresher, and more vibrant look though remaining understated a bit, and not too "flashy" which is what Leland seems to be to me, being impressive yet not overstated or gaudy in any way....I love it! Sponsorships are not far removed from ads really, and frankly my viewpoint would be that you should do whatever it would take to get Leland heated since it prevents encroaching damp as well as keeping the residents warm, both of which being equally important. As my mother use to say all the time, you do what you must do in order to achieve your goals, and if there are any issues you may have with it... you go have a good cry, then get on with it!

You need a hedgehog on a tile. Please make ornaments we can buy. I would love to have one.

You should pick 2 tiles and make maybe 10 each or more and sell them in your shop.

Love the paint colours for the tower. Simply charming. And the tiles are amazing. It’s beautiful to bring your fathers idea to reality. Sponsorship will be a must but try to offset that against chateaux merch. Christmas ornaments will be a must🎄🎄🎄

Personally, I have no issues with you accepting sponsors. Philipp works them in in a humorous way. I think you should contact all the companies that you have mentioned through the years that you love...100 stars, spode, chocolates, teas. Are you familiar with "Oprah's Favorite Things"? She really highlighted products before Christmas but other times too. As soon as she mentioned a product, the company's stock would go up and products would sell out. Congratulations on the tiles. You have endless marketing opportunities there as well. Many people would like a small piece of LA Lande. This would be an affordable opportunity for many. I know I bought the Allison's book from Amazon. I think people would but the gift wrapping paper from your father's art. In regard to tower paint colors. I thought the color of your bath looked much fresher and nice next to the blue. The other one was a bit dull. I even preferred the other fresh ivory like color tgat was on the left side. While we're on the topic, I think repainted the baseboards in the toilet bedroom would be the finishing touch there and make it much crisper and cleaner. You have broader pictures in your mind. It's good that you have Phillip to follow up with the finishing details of the rooms sometimes. You are doing such a fabulous job in making your decisions on the time periods and not going modern.
