Awwwwh.. you said “luv you cuz”! My family says the same. I have 5 boy cousins left no girls left, actually had only 1. But when the 6-7 of us are getting in the cars or at the airport we say exactly the same🤗 Amaury is a master carpenter! So knowledgeable. I know now that he’s got his board straightened out the puzzle will go up fast! Cannot wait🥰 I have back problems occasionally after flying because I don’t move around enough. Hopefully you didn’t move anything heavy to damage your back. Lie down, your back is nothing to be messed about with. Soooo glad you’re home🤗🤗

It’s lovely seeing everyone starting to return to the chateau. Watching Amaury working on the grand salon reminds me of every time I start a new sewing project. I spend about 80-90% of the time cutting, fitting, shaping, altering, measuring etc and only about 10% is actually spent sewing. It’s always the preparation that takes the most amount of time. However it is such a joy watching and following along with the journey of the grand salon as well as all the other projects going on at the chateau. I’m so looking forward to seeing projects being finished (Nati and Gerry’s apartments, the small upstairs bathroom, the pagoda to name a few) and so many more that will be starting. Glad everyone had a fabulous holidays, see you in the next videos xx

When Amaury boxes them in again, will he be able to compensate for the sagging in the middle so as to make it less noticeable?

Wonderful reports, many thanks! I can’t help myself—best back advice comes from reading anything by Dr John E Sarno. Available on kindle, readers, books, inexpensive. He was at NYU, and all you do is read and use his cognitive method. Sudden back events often have an emotional component producing very real pain. A literal wrench leaving family? Bring the pain into your consciousness, don’t let it lodge in your back. His method can help all sorts of pain, well worth reading, no other treatment required, worth its weight in gold. I see other doctors too, of course—but I give The Back Book away constantly. All best to you!

No worries on any weight gain Amaury. Getting past the fact that you look just as fab as ever, you’re a GUY. You can give up just one thing like crisps for a month and drop a ton while women have actually work at it. Men are so irritating.

It's one of the things that we're discussing. The downside to doing that is that we lose more height on the sides if we bring them down to the height of the middle, but if we don't do that we see the sagging. Tricky!

Wonderful to see all of you back and refreshed. So very sorry about your back pain. The thought of Amaury's hammer hitting the beautiful mirror was alarming. Could he lean a large section of plywood or wall board = something, in front of it to protect it while it's there? So excited to see everything that's been done and what will come! It may sound silly but drink lots and lots of water and don't put a hot water bottle on your back ,you will find it eases off much quicker x

Amaury can always bring the explanations down to a lay level. So understandable. Quite a talent to be able to do that. I’ve always thought he would be an amazing teacher. So patient and succinct. Two things every great teacher has.

It’s so wonderful to see this love between you and Amaury. My mother had one sister and they had children 3 months apart. Jerry and I were like brother and sister. We talked most everyday for most of our life. When he died due to a medical error, I lost my best friend, my cousin, my confidant. Stay close you’ll never regret it. Of course like everyone else, I cannot wait for this paneling to go up! Amaury is a genius with wood and so precise. It wonderful to see. Have you seen Billy P’s library? He’s not even going to put it in his chateau, but in that run down priory. It makes me sick. That’s just wrong. You need it because it’s gorgeous and just what you’ve been looking for. I’m so glad you’re all back home. It has been a LONG Jan-Feb. Not sure about making it that long every year😂🤣 I hate it about Dan and Annalise. but I felt something was just off, but couldn’t really figure it out. Sorry to blab on so long, But, I’ve been saving up 2 months🥳
