Here are some FAQ about how our Patreon works: 
1. When will videos be uploaded? We will post a weekly schedule on either Sunday or Monday with the schedule for the week. This schedule will include both our YouTube videos and our full length reactions. This schedule does not include early access YouTube videos. Early Access YouTube videos are only posted when available, there is no set schedule for early access video and no guarantee that every video will be posted early. You can find the weekly schedules in the "Schedule" tag on Patreon or on our community tab on YouTube. 
2. Why did the show cut out on the full length reaction videos? Due to copyright laws we are not permitted to include the full length clip of the shows we are reacting to. A timer and the first few seconds of the show and other guiding factors are included for syncing purposes. This means you will need to match up your own legal copy of the show with our starting point. Once you have the starting point matched up the timer should tell you where in the show we are. For some shows we will also include a short clip of the show mid episode for re-syncing purposes. This is usually for shows that are on more than one platform (usually anime) since different versions can vary. We start all of our reactions at the first scene of the show, NOT at any titles or intro logos. This is to ensure that everyone has an equal starting point no matter the platform. (This excludes shows that are exclusive to one platform such as Netflix or Prime.)
 3. What is the best way to sync my version of the show to your reaction? Most people just open up two browsers and have our reaction on one side and the show on the other, this also works well if you have dual monitors. We have also seen people who use the Firefox picture in picture feature, or alternatively, there are free browser extensions that you can find online that allow you to do picture in picture mode as well. 
4. I have a show suggestion, where can I submit my request? We tend to have our show schedule booked out pretty far in advance but we are always open to show suggestions! The best place to leave suggestions is in our Discord server where we have an entire channel dedicated to suggestions. You can also send us a message or leave a comment on any of our Patreon posts. Suggestions are taken into consideration and we truly value all of our Patron's inputs. However, there is no guarantee that we will watch your show. We occasionally do polls here on Patreon for new shows and our Patrons will always participate in the first poll to narrow down options for a YouTube poll. Patrons in our Dos Exclusivo tier will always choose the next "Patreon Premium" show via poll.
 5. I'm having technical difficulties, what do I do? Please message us if you are having any technical issues or if any links are not working. We will do our best to help how we can but we may need to refer you to Patreon support. 
6. How do I navigate this site? *We have included a picture for reference in the pinned comment on our Patreon posts page, this is why we refer to the purple and green arrow down below.* We organize our Patreon content through tags. Please view the attached picture down below for a better visual of how to navigate this site. The purple arrow points to the tags, you can see the first five tags are visible in a row with a small thumbnail, to find the rest of the tags click where it says "29 more" (this number may be different depending on how many shows we have available). Tags labeled with the name of a show will take you to our full length reactions, you can also find movie reactions, bloopers, schedule updates etc. this way. Another way you can find our Patreon content is to use the search bar which is indicated by the green arrow in the picture down below. If you ever are unable to find a reaction then please send us a message so that we can send you a link and fix the problem, it might have been accidentally not added to a playlist. This is rare but it does happen every once in a while. 
7. Can I chat with other Patrons in the comment section? We encourage discussion and debate with other Patrons on our posts. However, any insulting comments directed at other Patrons will be deleted upon review. Also, please avoid any and all spoilers in the comments section of our Patreon posts, if you want to talk spoilers then please join our Discord server where there are specific places to do that. As we cannot be everywhere at once we ask that you please use your best judgement to ensure that this a friendly environment for all. A great place to chat with other community members is in our Discord server, there you can discuss things like shows you might like with other members in our "spoiler free" chat rooms so that you do not have to risk spoiling Dos Cavazos here on Patreon! 
8. What time are videos posted? Our time zone is CST. We do not have a set posting time but we usually post our full length reactions in the evenings/night time for CST.
 9. Where do we watch our shows? We watch a majority of our anime on Hulu, Netflix, of Funimation but it varies from show to show. We watch Rick and Morty on Vudu. We start all of our reactions at the first scene of the show, not at any titles or intro logos. This is to ensure that everyone has an equal starting point no matter the platform. (This excludes shows that are exclusive to one platform such as Netflix or Amazon Prime.) If you are curious where we are watching a specific show then please send us a message on Patreon or ask in the Discord server and we will let you know.
