#SundayRundown The show did a better job breaking up Mark and Amber than the comics. The show drove home the complications of dating a high durability superhero versus a regular durability partner who can be put in fatal situations easily by enemies. It sucks because Mark really did try to make it work with Amber, even going as far as sacrificing some days to not do hero work just to be with her more. As for Allen, I'm glad the show is making it super clear he has DBZ Saiyan's Zenkai Boost where he gets exponentially stronger after every near-death experience. He went from barely surviving a Viltrumite attack to pretending to be damaged and knocked out by one. Imagine how much stronger Allen could be with his next Zenkai Boost?

2024-04-01 01:47:24 #SundayRundown To answer mickeys comment about the viltrumites having a ship isn’t obnoxious they can’t actually breath in space it’s the superman assumption they can breathe in space (which he actually can’t either he can just hold his breath extremely long for the YJ reactors) why he has a mask on in space but it’s confirmed that they can hold their breaths for 2 whole weeks before needing to breathe again in the comics they didn’t specify in the show but his dad last season did tell mark when he asked how does he breathe in space his answer was you don’t so I’m guessing their not gonna go over such a small detail after nearly 3 seasons in
