Did manage to use  some of the code from Rife-App, so it was fast to develop. This app is to mask people from photos or videos

The mask is not perfect, most times it will require a manual work, but hopeful it can speed up the work of someone out there. If there is enough interested patrons I may update it in the future, but for now this 1.0 will be the first and last version (Except for bug corrections).
