EDIT: As promised, I have updated A Tinier Furry with the new scene selector and intro skipper. I have patched out a couple of annoying bugs and fixed a few typos that I noticed also. Apologies that this took a day longer than intended - I needed a slightly longer break than I thought I did. Turns out that spending a week and a half plus crunching on a game really takes it out of you.

I will be throwing up that longer update post either on Thursday or Friday - potentially with a commission also, all going well.

This has been two solid weeks of crunch, honestly. My body feels broken. I very much need sleep. There is a lot of content in this update - between 40,000 to 50,000 words worth, really, no shit, so much that I ... lost count - and yet I still didn't get everything done that I wanted to.

I did get a lot done, though, so that's something at least! And here is the fruits of my labor. I really really really really hope that you enjoy it.

By the way - A Tinier Furry In A Huge World is now 110,000 words long - just under half the size of the original game. Not bad for four months work, right?

GENERAL

- Recoded how silver works (it now updates when you spend it on the room, giving you a measly one coin)

- Added The Reaper, a character who will give you shit when you die (and resurrect you, of course, because the day I officially enforce a game over is the day I die)

- Added the Hydespace, a weird fucking area that will serve as a fast travel hub at some point in the future. For now, weird shit! There's a hidden ending there.

- Tidied up bits of code elsewhere

PROLOGUE

- Added a town square just off to the side of the tavern. This is a WIP area, but it still has some neat stuff in it ... like a trash can, a fountain, a seekrit, and ...

- Added Jamie, a male hyena who is just kinda chillin' in the town square. For now, he's just there to spit out a bit of lore and to give some color to an otherwise (mostly) empty area, but he has a couple of secret (non-vore) related interactions that you'll have to sniff out (they're not item related)

TAVERN (MICRO)

- Everything flows downstairs as it should now! Carry on your adventure and bump into a whole bunch of new shit.

- You can now explore Reiko! Reiko has three endings attached to her - a paw ending, an UB ending (think sharp) and a really chunky OV ending that is kind of hidden. If you want to try and find the UB and OV endings yourself without me spoiling it for you, avoid the bold text at the end of the update log. 

NOTE THAT THE GORE FLAG IS A THING IN THE PAW ENDING AND GRAPHIC DIGESTION IS A THING IN THE ORAL VORE ENDING. DO NOT THINK THAT YOU'RE GETTING SKIMPED OUTTA CONTENT BY OPTING OUT OF EITHER! I HAVE WROTE SEPERATE SCENES IN BOTH CASES FOR BOTH FLAGS.

- You can also have a pretty extensive conversation with Reiko that will both tell you some lore and what the objective of the game is. Hooray!

- I have added the furniture and props for Clint (and done quite a bit of work on him outside of the game) but none of his content is currently available. Exploring Macro Clint and Macro Tia will come in the next update. I had REALLY wanted to get him into the game along with Reiko, but there was simply a lot of work that needed to be done to bridge upstairs and downstairs, as well as a lot of work with the big lizard herself. I'm really sorry if this is disappointing. Reiko was a literal giant that I had to topple myself. Clint will be a slighter smaller beast, all going well.

KNOWN ISSUES/THINGS TO BE AWARE OF

- The intro skipper hasn't been updated yet and will still take you to your bed
- Neither has the scene selector - sorry
- Possibly some other bugs
- I will post a completely (hopefully) bug-fixed version in around 72 hours which has both the intro skipper and the scene selector updated. If there are any major bugs that completely fuck shit up, then I'll post an update to this Patreon post ASAP.
- NOTE: IF AT ANY POINT THE PANES DISAPPEAR (the inventory and stuff on the side) please use the 'resetui' command to unfutz stuff

Despite the fact that some stuff had to be cut until next update, I really hope that you enjoy this regardless. It is a very, very big update that will take quite a few variables from the prologue into account. So, please enjoy experimenting!

There's A LOT of cool stuff in here. Ending wise, the winner for me is the OV ending. Though the "bug zapping aura" that can literally frighten you to death is *awesome*. And of course... the character disposition system is really cool. I also like the worldbuilding here—with chill 'yeen and Reiko being perfect in their delivery of it. Seems Hellev is a forgotten, unimportant town for an insignificant speck. Oh! It's even surrounded by giants! (Cities)
