SORRY FOR THE DOUBLE POST! STUPID PATREON ATE UP HALF MY POST AND I HAD TO REWRITE IT

Hey!

It's time to talk about A Tinier Furry, and lay out exactly what I have planned for the next preview(s).

In the next preview, you'll finally be able to explore the bottom floor of the tavern! This will lead to further encounters with:

- Tia
- Clint
- Reiko
- and, of course, Wilson.

Out of the four, Wilson will probably have the most content. He was the feature character - the one that won in the polls - and not only that, he's the owner of the bar, so ... it's important that he's centric to the stuff that's going on in there.

This doesn't mean that the content will be scant for the other three, however! Expect a multitude of endings and interactions with them, both aware and unaware.

There's also the matter of the bard! He will be added too, though this will come some time after the next preview. I will likely implement him into the game as one of the last things that I do with v0.1. He will have both regular and macro-sized content.

Right now I want to focus on getting characters in there and doing stuff, though, and I have chosen to go with the four that I've already established. It'll make things easier for me in terms of development - and it'll give everyone a fun reason to replay the content when our bird is added anyway, because I plan on him affecting multiple potential variables in the intro (and on having a bunch of juicy endings, because yay bird)

It's hard for me to estimate how many endings total there will be down there. A lot, probably! Some will be quick, some will be long. Some might end nicely - most will end horribly. Such is the nature of a CYOA.

Speaking of horrible endings ...

I have revamped the death system! Well, not revamped, because it's basically still the same. Rather than the game just chewing you up and spitting you back out after you've died, though, there is now a narrative purpose for your constant resurrections! Why? Because it seemed like a cool idea!

You'll see that in the next preview, of course. But when is the next preview?

Early April. I wanna get Preview 3 out for the game around then, sticking to the fortnightly schedule. While it won't feature all of the content for the downstairs tavern (there'll be one or two more previews before we're done - content is dense down there) it will feature a new narrative chunk for everyone to enjoy and a spattering of endings with a variety of characters! I don't wanna spoil too much, though, so ... I'll stay quiet on exactly what those endings will be!

When will v0.1 be completed, roughly? I don't really want to set a deadline on myself. The focus of this project is to do my absolute best and to avoid half measures where possible, and fixed deadlines are tricky to stick to. If I'm being rough, though, the absolute latest I want it out by, really, is the end of May. At that point, I can start working on v0.2 around the beginning of summer, and hopefully get that out around July.

Expect fortnightly updates for it regardless of how long it takes! (except for when we break for A Tiny Furry stuff) I have a solid plan on how to commit to these, so we should be getting fresh content every few months or so!

Will I still have updates to look forward to every fortnight?

Of course!

And there's more commissions coming this week, too?

I didn't mention that, but yes, there is! Should have at least a couple of stories to post this week, so ...
