Friday Progress Report (Patreon)

Hi, welcome to the weekly progress report ^_^

This week I've been doing rigging, a lot of rigging, the polar bear is now fully rigged and some scripts have been optimized so they are less hassle to work with.

I've included a viewport capture of some test expressions, this is an update to the one I showed earlier on in the week to the EPs, a bit of silly fun I just wanted to give the Polar Bears face a workout. :P 

Coming up next is the finishing touches on the fur. and work on set design, lighting etc. (all the things needing to be done before animation can start.) I've started plotting out the animation and I've a got some fun ideas for the opening shots. 

Sunday-Tuesday in the UK has a 'Red Weather Warning' with temps between 32C and 39C (89.6F - 102.2F) so I dunno if I'm going to be able to work at all on those days. UK houses were built to keep heat in and even with a portable AC it gets oppressive at anywhere close to 30C. Got plenty of water in the fridge and have taped up white paper to the windows (whatever good that will do) so hopefully I can fend off the worst of it. Likely won't be doing an Executive Producer Update on Wednesday as I doubt I'll have anything completed by then.
