Friday Progress Report (Patreon)

Hi ^_^

Welcome to the weekly progress report, this week I've been doing rigging and rigging adjacent activities along with bit of set creation.

Note, all images are Work In Progress, so stuff is going to change, this is just indicative of where I'm currently at. Characters are in A-pose and/or won't have fur.

I've a few images: 

a size comparison showing the bear who can now fit in the fox (but it's going to be a really tight squeeze) 

a demo showing off all the fiddley work getting the topology straitened out for rigging (don't worry if he does not look quite as curvy, I'm adding that back with the fur)

Updated head shot comparison showing how things have altered so far on the sculpt (I'll be continuing to refine this as I go along and do more work on the fur, little tweaks and changes all over the place)

Showing off the sauna set I'm working on, this was thrown together along with a quick pose of the two characters to show off scale, as you can see the burr has now got a preliminary body rig working. 

Ongoing Work: Continuing to rig the polar bear, focus now shifting to rigging the face along with refinements to the fur. More work on constructing the sauna set.

As for me, I'm still not 100% after covid, I'll probably stop mentioning it as frequently, the fatigue does not seem to want to shift so I guess I just have to accept I'm like this now and hope I get better eventually.
